I can’t say enough about Mark! All I know is we wouldn’t be sitting in our new home without him. He was our advocate and fought for us to get into a home. He knows the business front and back, has important connections and will work with the lender to get your loan to go through. He helped us with down payment assistance (when nobody else would), and saved us even more money on closing costs. If you are a first time home buyer, Mark is your guy!!!!!

Mark is an excellent realtor. My wife and I are repeat clients with Mark, and if we needed to move a third time we would call him again without question. From touring prospective houses to settlement, he was honest, patient and always put our interest first. He is always available and quick to respond to questions or requests. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process and walked us through all of the paperwork and made every step easy to get through. He also has a great network of professionals that he can recommend - mortgage services, home inspectors, repair professionals, etc. He is a realtor that we trust and enjoy working with.

I have worked closely with Mark for the past 2 yrs. I have found him to be a very hard working and professional real estate agent. I am very impressed with his high moral compass when he is representing his clientele, as a seller agent or a buyer agent, but never both at the same time. Mark is our official family Realtor. You will be hard pressed to find anyone more straight forward and ethical. His creativity and integrity separate him from the crowd. He sold our residence and our rental units. His negotiating got my kids into a house that appraised for more than they paid. He's advising my daughter thru the mortgage/credit process to get a mortgage before she even starts looking. I refer customers to him all the time.
