Mark Repstad

Mark Repstad is an Executive Managing Director at Newmark based in firm’s Downtown Los Angeles office. Specializing in industrial and logistics services, Repstad has closed more than 650 transactions, totaling more than $2.2 billion dollars in his twenty-year career. Repstad represents landlords, occupiers, private capital investors, ground-up developers and industrial giants throughout the Greater Los Angeles and Inland Empire markets. His clientele includes Clarion Partners, CEG Construction, Dedeaux Properties, First Industrial, Fox Luggage, LBA Realty, Pompeian Olive Oil and Prologis. Repstad also serves on the Board of Directors for Foothill Family Services. He and his wife reside in San Marino with their four children.
