We feel so fortunate to have found Mark as our realtor for our home in Tolland. We attended one of his free webinars on staging a house and it was so informative that when we were ready to interview realtors, he was the first one we called. After meeting him and seeing his portfolio and hearing about the services he provides, we didn't bother meeting with anyone else. The stager that Mark works with came to our house and gave us detailed advice on the things that we should change or replace or update, including paint colors for each room, recommendations for the flooring, links to fixtures that could be swapped out to modernize the look of the house, etc. We followed all of her recommendations and it made a huge difference in the marketability of the house. Mark's amazing photographs resulted in a tremendous amount of showings, and within three days we had six offers and the house was almost immediately under contract, for much more than we had expected to get for it. Mark responds immediately to texts or phone calls, and he guided us through the entire sale process effortlessly. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Mark was instrumental in us navigate the process of getting our house in Tolland. It was a desirable house that came back onto the market, so we had to move quickly and make the right offer --- Mark advised us the whole way. The house and the purchase was complicated for a number of reasons and Mark made sure that everything was in order every step of the way. Even now, as we settle in, Mark is responsive to emails and texts from us asking for various contractors and services. Couldn't be happier with the level of service and support Mark provided.
