We started looking at homes in the Knoxville area and decided it was time to obtain a realtor. After chatting with Mark Rigsby on the phone for a bit, I felt comfortable setting up a meeting with him. We were visiting from out of state and had several homes and land we wanted to see in a short amount of time. Mark did an excellent job of pre-planning homes and sites for us to see. Mark is very personable but more importantly trustworthy. There are no "sales" games with Mark and he is very knowledgeable with the east Tenn area. We ended up purchasing a home with Mark and he was on top of things throughout the whole process. If you need a good realtor in the Knoxville area, please don't think twice about hiring Mark.
