Mark Sadek joined The Keyes Company’s Weston office in 2004 and quickly became an award-winning associate. Mark joined The Keyes Company’s New Mentorship Program in 2005 and assisted numerous new associates in achieving their own success. He earned Master Field Trainer status and, in 2007, was selected to be a part of the Keyes Cadre Management Training Program led by then-Chairman Ted Pappas, graduating with Top Honors. After completing that course, Mark was offered the position of District Sales Manager of the Coral Springs/Parkland Branch. Under his leadership, the sales team has increased from 27 to 175 associates, with the most recent merger of Skye Louis Realty into his branch.
In 2023, Mark proudly expanded the Keyes blueprint to the first ever location in Fort Myers. This will prove to be a fast growing venture as they participate in local events and supporting the community.
Since 2012, Mark has been a leader within the Miami Association of Realtors serving as Governor, President, Chairman of The Board, Florida District 4 Vice President and on many local, state, and national committees. He has traveled the world attending Realtor conferences, symposiums, always connecting, learning, and sharing.
In 2023, Mark was awarded the Keyes Hero Award for his years of service to The Dolphins Challenge Cancer as company team captain helping raise almost $2,000,000 towards the fight to cure cancer. He sponsors the Tim Tebow Night to Shine Prom event for adults with varying disabilities including autism.
