With an extensive 25-year background in sales and sales management, I became a licensed realtor in 2002. From high-end condo and hotel assemblages to joint ventures, and land acquisitions, I specialize in confidential, off-list commercial and residential real estate transactions for discriminating buyers and sellers in Key West, the Lower Keys, and beyond. With a nearly 100% referral business, I have quietly negotiated and closed over $200 million in real estate transactions.


With a superior level of ethics and a firm knowledge of a dynamic real estate market, I was contracted by the City of Clearwater in an RFP process to assemble land for the city's much-needed beach parking garage. This highly successful project resulted in the well-known, “Surf Style” parking garage that now sits directly on Clearwater Beach's, “Beachwalk.”
