Mark Shipe

Since 2000, Mark has been both a broker and developer with Holrob and has been involved in numerous projects in both capacities including Fountain City Shops and several shopping centers in the Turkey Creek area. Though involved in all aspects of commercial real estate, Mark specializes in leasing retail properties and is the designated leasing agent for numerous shopping centers throughout Knoxville and East Tennessee.

Possessing years of experience, strong community ties, and a diverse network of relationships with national scope, he has a proven track record with owner representation, tenant representation, sales, leasing, and the sale of businesses. He also has an exceptionally loyal clientele with personal referrals and repeat business forming the foundation of his network.

An East Tennessee native, Mark lives in Knoxville with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, football, country music, and showing his clients the best that Knoxville and East Tennessee has to offer.
