Mark made my home buying process smooth and easy. Mark did a great job explaining things, attending to any questions that came up, and delegated things well. He is very dependable and sees the process through completion. He was very honest which made it very easy to trust him and very flexible with scheduling (very important if you have a hectic work schedule). Mark demonstrated the upmost professionalism and is well revered with my family. I definitely recommend Mark to anyone who is looking to buy a house! He is the best!

Mark Skubak is an excellent agent. He helped my sister find her perfect home and made the process smooth and stress free so when I was ready to look I knew I would go to him. Mark was always available to answer my questions, provided me with listings that fit my budget and home must haves, and ultimately helped me find the perfect home with the best deal. Mark also helped me find the right mortgage company for me and made himself available for any questions on that as well. Overall, i had absolutely wonderful experience and will definitely recommend Mark to friends and family.

I feel so fortunate to have Mark as my realtor. He is absolutely wonderful! Purchasing a home is a huge decision and he helped me with each and every step, making the entire process a great experience! I can’t say enough good things about Mark. He made all the difference in our home buying process. He was patient with our search and fought for us and the home we wanted. We wouldn’t have the home we bought if it wasn’t for him. Mark and his team are phenomenal. If you are looking to buy a home you’ll be impressed with Mark and all he is capable of doing for you. Mark is the absolute best!! Being a first time home buyer, he made the process so easy for us. He took the time to learn what we did and didn’t want in a home, the type of neighborhoods we liked, etc. He found and sent potential homes to us daily throughout the process. When first setting out on the home buying journey, I was nervous about what to expect. But thanks to our amazing realtor Mark, what I thought was going to be a stressful, confusing, frustrating experience was actually exciting and fun. Mark is the hardest worker, very knowledgable, and super patient and accommodating. We never felt rushed even as we pored through house after house that wasn't the right fit. When we started to find homes we liked, Mark was able to walk us through the next steps and help us feel comfortable and informed. When we found *the* house, Mark reassured us and talked us off the ledge when we started freaking out about all those last minute snags. I cannot recommend Mark enough to anyone looking for a good-humored, well-informed realtor to help find their dream home.

Mark made our home buying experience incredibly easy. His knowledge of the market is second to none, and he made sure to research whatever home and area we wanted to see and was always prepared when we saw it. It's an inherently stressful process, but we always felt comfortable knowing Mark had our best interests in mind. He took the time to learn about our needs and wants, and offered really helpful insight throughout the process. We looked for quite a while, but we never felt pressure from Mark - he truly just wants to help people find a home that works for them, and that's exactly what he did for us. He was also very accommodating when it came to scheduling, which is a huge help when you're not able to take time off work while trying to search for homes. I would gladly recommend Mark to anyone thinking about buying or selling a home. If the time should come when we decide to move again, Mark will be the guy we turn to.
