Mark Sladky

Mark Sladky is a Realtor for Torelli Realty. With almost three decades of high-touch customer service experience, he brings the same level of service to the clients he is serving on behalf of Torelli Realty. As a lifelong resident watching the city of Costa Mesa grow from bean fields to a top retail and restaurant destination, Mark decided to join Torelli as they have been a staple in the fabric and growth of Costa Mesa.

His passion to serve others comes from his extensive Hospitality background working for a Fortune 500 company, Marriott International. Mark was employed with Marriott for almost 25 years specializing in Food and Beverage where he spent most of time as the Director of Restaurant Operations and Food and Beverage. He oversaw the operations of 7 restaurants and over $30 million in annual revenue, 125 employees and 10 managers and supervisors. As a Level 2 Sommelier, he brought a level of expertise to his position to fully support my clients. Mark realized he missed the 1:1 customer interactions that comes with a local operation and chose to bring the same commitment to perfection and service to his clients as he did for a top corporation.

He genuinely cares about his clients, providing unparalleled service by going the extra mile, creating an environment of trust, and providing expert local guidance to make the home buying and selling experience a memorable one.

He is proud to say he grew up in the city of Costa Mesa in the Mesa North community (Paularino & Fairview) he has also spent his whole life in this beautiful city and has always been the place he calls home. Mark went to Paularino Elementary, Davis Middle School and to Costa Mesa High School.

In the seldom instances he is not working on behalf of his clients, his passions are Snowboarding, Surfing, Hiking, Camping, Photography, Live Music, spending time with close friends and family, and visiting the Wine Country.
