licensed Texas realtor since 2007, Broker since 2010. Specialized in short sales during the recession, and as a senior real estate specialist assisting the elderly. In 2007 began leasing and flipping property and became a property management specialist in 2010 managing my own investment portfolio. 2014 began working in the commercial market, including buying at the city of Dallas auction. In 2021 I began to relocate to Hot Springs AR and became an Arkansas Broker. Current Arkansas resident renovating and leasing property in the downtown corridor of Hot Springs and keeping my Texas Broker license active.
