Mark and Kevin are real estate rock stars! We were referred to Mark and Kevin by some very close friends and our experience with them only solidified the referral. They are amazing to work with, brilliant professionals who genuinely care about their clients. Mark and Kevin exceeded our expectations every step of the way--before, during, and especially after we closed on our new home. We toured several homes and throughout the process, they listened carefully, asked questions, watched our reactions, and patiently encouraged us. Their service and attentiveness were genuine and consistent, and they were always accessible, even across time zones. Mark and Kevin were 100% focused on understanding our needs and negotiating on our behalf. Our purchase involved a 1031 exchange which added several layers of unexpected complexities and delays. Most difficult part was the inspection and Mark was able to talk us down off the ceiling lol. Closing was a breeze, under 30 minutes. Thanks Mark and Kevin. Mark and Kevin are great. They made every step of the process of moving into our new home as smooth and easy as possible. They go beyond what is required to be helpful. Always available for any questions. They are more than realtors. They are friends. Even though we have closed on our home they are still helping us with every detail of finding the services we need.

They are professionals in every sense of the term. Recently, my wife and I made the decision to move from our house of 29 years to another location.
Yes, even in this market...buy a new house and fix up the old one. And then sell it. Mark and Kevin were just great. They are very knowledgeable, and extremely experienced. They helped us find a great house to buy...and then they helped us fix up our house and sell it. For a very hefty profit. Very Hefty.

Over the years I have bought and sold numerous properties in different locations. I can honestly say that Mark and Kevin are the very best realtors I have ever worked with anywhere in the U.S. hands down. In fact, I had another property in another state actively listed at the same time that I used Mark and Kevin to sell one of my properties in Phoenix. I only wish that they were able to represent me on that one as well! All realtors are NOT created equal.. These two are on their game. They are responsive, know the laws and how to deal with other realtors or problems when they arise. Their advice and guidance is spot on and they will gladly share their reasoning and insight and allow you to make the final decision based on being well educated. On top of this, they know the market. When they tell you what a house is worth, you can take that to the bank! I will never use another realtor or group to represent me it these two are available!

We would recommend them to anyone and have actually already recommended them to friends. They helped us to find the right house for us. It was less costly than we expected but more house than we hoped to find. Plus, they helped us formulate a winning bid in a competitive market.

Mark and Kevin are in a word, FANTASTIC!! To start with they are personable, friendly and just plain fun to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable about their industry and guided us with through a mountain of information with great skill. To say they were patient and kind as we asked a million questions is an understatement. They made themselves available from 8 to 8 so we could keep the ball rolling. I always knew what was happening and what would come next.They are extremely prompt, in fact almost always early and prepared.
