Mark was great. He answered all of my calls, texts and questions the same day, even on weekends and in the evenings. Anytime I was ready to view a property, we saw it that same day if possible or the very next morning. He even helped me save thousands on the home that I ultimately purchased and was friendly and respectful throughout the process.

Even after the sale was final, he made it clear that I should reach out to him if I still had any questions or concerns and I did of course. Even after his job was officially done, true to his word, he was still helpful after the purchase. Even now, months after the fact, I still feel like I can call upon him, should I have any questions or concerns.

I'm sure I was a higher maintenance and more nervous first time home buyer than most but Mark was always supportive and never made me feel like an undue burden, even though I surely was. He was more than patient with me and went the extra mile for my benefit. I would definitely use him again and strongly recommend him to anyone else. Thanks again Mark!
