Candace Martin is truly a gem- her top notch customer service skills and proficient communication is surely surpassed by none.
She was incredibly helpful not only when viewing homes, but also throughout the entire process- so much so, we chose her to sell our old home, as well. It was a no brainer!
Candace was responsive, relatable, compassionate and motivated to help us, even though we encountered a tumultuous closing with our mortgage company. She was always upbeat when we were chatting, yet her personality is very down to earth, and she was always willing to offer advice/guidance. She also offered any pertinent information regarding the homes before we scheduled seeing them, so we were aware of what could be wrong with the house, and if we should even see it. This was great and helped us weed out a few houses, which in turned helped us save time, and allowed us to not miss out on the house we ended up getting! She was great about answering any questions we had when making an offer, and honestly, she was great about questions in general. If she didn’t know the answer, she could refer us to someone who could answer or steer us in the right direction.
Working with Candace felt like working with an old friend! It wasn’t awkward and we didn’t feel like a bother, by any means! She did go above and beyond and she is the reason we were able to get into our new home, despite delays from the mortgage company; she was on our side and had our best interest in mind.
I truly cannot sing enough praise for this wonderful woman!
We have been and will continue to recommend her to anyone we talk to about buying a house!
We can’t express our gratitude enough, but seriously, thank you Candace! You made buying a home and selling our one, run as smoothly as possible (again, you even handled the mortgage company hiccups with absolute grace!).
