Mark Walton

I was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs and called the Midwest home for 30 years. With five siblings I was required to be a quick thinker and developed a competitive fire that forces me to be my best. Having grown tired of the climate and cost of living, my family and I chose to uproot and move south, deciding on Cumming, GA for our forever home. My wife and 2 children love the area we’re in and I couldn’t think of a better place to raise my family.

Ever since I purchased my first property at the age of 23 I have had a passion for real estate. A house is the biggest, most important purchase you will ever make. The ability to help people find a home is what drives me in my professional career.

Outside of work I enjoy time with my friends and family. You can typically find us at the pool on a hot afternoon or enjoying a hike to the top of Sawnee Mountain with my family. I also enjoy my men’s softball team I play on and have recently become more involved in my local church. I love vacationing at Disney World and finding new places to play a round of golf! While I may not have been born in Georgia and I still have a noticeable Chicago accent, I have never been happier to call a place home than where I am right now. And I can’t wait to help other people achieve that same feeling.
