Mark Weinberg

Mark Weinberg is responsible for overseeing the Company’s residential division which includes acquisition, planning, entitlement, construction and management of custom lot communities, builder neighborhoods and master planned communities. He leads the Company work to add value to the existing residential portfolio. Mark oversees the Company’s commitment to identify, perform due diligence, acquire and develop new residential properties within AZ and represents the Company on builder joint ventures. He is experienced in Arizona land development and project construction. Since joining Diamond Ventures in 1994, Mark has served as the Project Manager on several of award-winning custom home, builder neighborhoods and master-planned communities. Prior to joining Diamond Ventures, Mark served as the General Manager for the Canada Hills Development Company where he was responsible for overseeing the development and management of a resort hotel, country club, golf courses, a utility company and various real estate projects. He received his business administration and psychology degree from the University of New Hampshire.
