Mark Winegar

Mark is originally from Houston where he received a BBA from The University of Houston. He has spent most of his working life in sales positions with companies in the foodservice and electrical industry that depend on high levels of customer service.

He and his wife Nancy lived for ten years in Colorado where they pursued their love of all mountain activities like skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and biking. They decided to move back to Texas to be closer to family and chose the vibrant New Braunfels, hill country area to live. When not working Mark and Nancy enjoy the endless functions and activities that the New Braunfels area has to offer, exploring the hill country, and spending time with family.

Mark is excited to be involved in the business of helping people sell or purchase their next home or property with the Anders Pierce Realty team.
