The Zip group was fantastic is selling my condo in the loop district Chicago. The market was difficult for sellers but they diligently persevered and sold my unit for a good price. Moreover, they went way above most realtors by helping me with expert cleaning services, exquisitive staging, condo administration issues, removal and donation of furniture, legal representation, and streamlined closing. Everyone in the group was pleasant and easy to work with. Great job Mark and the Zip group!

This is the second place Mark helped us buy. This one was particularly hard due to the hot housing market and our tight deadline. On top of that, I have very quirky and picky tastes! Fortunately, we had Mark! He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted. He gave valuable recommendations and honest opinions on every house we visited. At the same time, he acted as our therapist to make the whole stressful process more fun and hopeful. We were the second bidder on our future house and Mark’s promptness helped us win the bid! Kyra then helped us every step of the way to the final closing day. We can’t say this enough, thank you! We will miss our Saturday morning “dates” with Mark scouting beautiful houses in Chicago!

It's impossible to exaggerate how good Mark is at his job. He handled the sale of our condo in Chicago, and found a buyer even before the place was listed. He is superb in every respect: he has a detailed knowledge of the market, he's a great strategist, he's amazingly responsive, and he's relentless in his efforts to make the sale. And to top it all off, he's a pleasure to work with, a fun guy who always made my wife and me feel at ease. I was a business lawyer for over 40 years, and in that time I never encountered a professional more impressive than Mark.

Mark has helped me buy and sell my last two places in Chicago. He is extremely knowledgeable on the Chicago real estate market, and is always available for any questions / concerns I may have. Mark and his team are the best! They combine professionalism, knowledge, and care to assist and guide buyers through the exciting and often daunting process of a home purchase. I was a first time buyer and Mark made sure he educated me/got me up to speed, pointed things out only an expert would detect, and was unbelievably patient with my hesitations and uncertainties. He never pushed anything on me and was the best sounding board imaginable. And when I did find my dream home, Mark made the process smooth and stress-free. I was a first time buyer and Mark helped me through the process effortlessly. He is super knowledgeable about the market and really knows the condo buildings well in Chicago. He gave me intel about the building which helped me make a good decision. The condo needed rehabbing and he even gave me helpful info there. I can't say enough about what a great experience it was.
