If you’re a first-time home-buyer, Markus is for you. Markus had our backs from beginning to end of our home buying journey. He was candid, honest, and transparent throughout the home touring and home buying process. He can spot a stinker a mile away and he will let you know upfront.

He was always available to answer our questions when we felt like we didn’t understand something. He communicated via talk/text/e-mail during the entire process to make sure we were kept up to date. His communication made us feel confident we were making the best possible decision given our goals and budget.

Speaking of goals, my wife and I weren’t sure if we were ready to buy a home. Markus understood this. He made us feel ready by finding us a great home in a neighborhood my wife and I liked. He explained our options, recommended a mortgage pre-approval process working with Nathan Sibbet (also an all-star), and by the end of the week we had an offer in. One very short escrow later, we are in our first home. We love it.
