Marlene guided us every step along the way until our house sold. She was an invaluable part of us selling our home quickly and for a good price. First Marlene did a walk through and made a list of everything we needed to do to get our house ready to sell. She also recommended various professionals such as roofers and a home stager. We used the people she suggested and were very pleased with their work. Marlene was very patient and flexible when we needed to change the date for the photographer several times. Marlene’s photographer was top notch and his photos displayed the charm of our house. She did extensive research to price our home appropriately so that it sold quickly, and passed the appraisal process. Within 5 days of being on the market we received multiple offers. She helped us choose the best offer, and within 30 days we closed.

Although getting a house ready for sale is a stressful process, Marlene helped make it a smooth process. She went above and beyond to help make our home sale successful.

Marlene is wonderful! My husband and I have purchased 2 investment properties through her since 2016 and earlier this month we purchased our first single family home. We were first time home buyers and very naive about the process of purchasing a house. Marlene guided us every step of the way! She was always on our side and fighting for what was best for us. Our buying experience was a long one and after two short sale offers that fell through, we were pretty distraught. Marlene was always there to pick us up and get right back out there looking at houses. She was very patient and helped us find the wonderful home we are in now. Her response time is always prompt. Whether we sent her an email at midnight or 6 AM her response was always within 5 minutes to a half hour. She has many connections (inspectors, brokers, lawyers, etc.) that helps the process run smoothly, which is especially helpful since we did not know where to start with many of those.
