Marlene sold my mother's mobile home after she suffered a fall, and was not able to return home. I received a referral for Marlene from one of my mom's wonderful neighbors. We met a few days later (this was pre-COVID) and she assured me she would guide me through the next few months. Marlene took care of getting repairs done, scheduling bulk pick-ups, organizing an estate sale (she was even there for the event). She was also able to get rid of the items that did not sell (some were sold and some donated). It was like magic. I am an only child, so was on my own with this. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. She took care of EVERYTHING. My favorite thing about her is that she does not present problems until she has a solution to offer. It was such a burden off my shoulders. In addition, she sold the home almost immediately. The buyers offered full price, even though there were upgrades to be made. I was thrilled. Marlene is a real pro, and a very nice person. She will work hard for you. You won't be disappointed.
