First Time Home Buyers -I work along with the different city agency to help first time home buyers, buy a new home. These program help buyers get into a new home with little to no monies down with Down Payment Assistance Programs.

Short Sale Certified and a Preferred Agent with Bank of America, Chase and Wells Fargo. I have helped numerous home owners with the short sale of their properties and in 2 years been able to put them in new affordable homes.

Investors - I work with investors from all over Southern California to as far away as China. Being able to buy the right house at the right price!
