Marlon made the scary home buying process very easy and straight forward. If you want someone who's going to work as hard as he has to, to get you your home, Marlon's the guy to do it. In this competitive market, you want a guy who's going to be tough and aggressive with sellers and buyers alike. What I liked most, was he kept my family's ideals in mind and absolutely did not waste my time looking at properties he didn't think were in our best interest, i.e. keeping all contingencies in place. As a first time home buyer, that was extremely appreciated. "Street too busy? Nah, she won't like that, onto the next." was Marlon's mentality and it felt like I had a solid team member to rely on.

Marlon Galarreta has been an amazing help for me and my family back in 2013 he helped us purchase our very first home and now he did it again.
we needed a bigger home for our growing family he was very helpful , he sold our home in as little as one week and helped us find what we envisioned when we started the process. he made our home buying experience so much more smoother than expected. he is very professional and his communication skills are above amazing !
