When I first met Marna Friedman, I was surfing the Atlanta Communities RE Brokerage website, looking for local real estate opportunities. Marna reached out immediately to see if she could be of service. I explained that I was a first time home buyer, empty nester, and would require her expertise. She explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved that time and again with her years of experience, thorough knowledge of home construction, and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Marna would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Marna ultimately led me to a new subdivision/construction minutes from where I wanted to be. She found exactly what I was looking for, ie: location and price point. In the end I found the property that was perfect for me and I am loving it! I highly recommend Marna!! She made an otherwise tedious experience enjoyable and stress free!

Buying a new home and selling your first home can be a scary thing. Buying and selling at the height of a pandemic is terrifying, or at least it was until we found Marna Friedman. Marna is incredibly knowledgeable about all things real estate. She goes above and beyond to serve your needs. She walked us through the entire process one step at time and made a huge ordeal seem completely manageable. I could not imagine buying or selling without her. She has a forever customer with us. My husband and I can't say how pleased we were with Marna's "way above and beyond" real estate service she gave us in Fall 2015. We knew we wanted to relocate to North Paulding, but needed help narrowing down our options. She listened to all our needs and our wants and took us out every time we asked to view houses. Marna Fiedman recently listed and sold my townhome in Buckhead. Marna is an outstanding agent and did what was necessary to ensure that my home sold at price that worked for me. She had a professional photographer take photos for the Keller Williams website. She was very direct with me on what I needed to repair or change to help my home sell. Marna hosted multiple open houses to ensure that my home was getting the exposure needed to find the right buyer. She was extremely responsive and kept me well informed throughout the entire process.
