We attended an open house that Marni was holding, and another offer was made on the property. Marni called me a week later to tell me that another similar home was going on the market, but that the other offer had fallen through! We made an offer on the home, and proceeded to list our home for sale with Marni. She was professional and thorough, and always responsive to our needs. She gave me excellent advise on the best way to stage my house in order to get top dollar and a few tips on how to get buyers attention. The house was only on the market for a short time before we got an offer. The more daunting task was buying another house, she was patient, available and supportive with the ups and downs that goes along with this process. She walked us through putting in an offer, countering, getting the home inspection and then the purchase and sales agreement. I could not have been in better hands and felt more secure knowing that Marni was on top of everything and updating us all the way from start to finish. She put us in touch with electricians, lenders, home inspectors anything we needed she was able to supply us with multiple people to get the best expert advise from to make our decision. Marni sold our condo for us, and kept us informed and calm throughout the process. We had a false start with an offer that fell through, and Marni was instrumental in finding the right buyer against our deadline. She communicates very well and very often, and we knew what was going on with the process on her end all the time. She was also interested in our concerns at each step. Marni also helped us find our new home. She did such a great job with the sale of our condo that we knew we had to work with her when it was time for us to buy. She took care to find out everything we wanted and didn't want in our next home, and was with us every step as we saw over a dozen listings with her. When we found the right home, Marni was very proactive in finding out about the property, going to town hall for information and interviewing contractors who had done work on the house in the past. She has put together a very competent, very pleasant team of professionals to complement her skills. Above all, Marni took all of the variables that any family might have (schools, distance from work, cost, house features, etc.), and found us a perfect fit.
