I'm Dr. Marquita, The Property Professor. I grew up in Griffin, GA, became an educator, and built my life around sharing knowledge that changes lives.

For over 16 years, I taught students and teachers how to tackle big goals. Today, I use that same passion and clarity to guide people through one of the most important decisions they’ll ever make—buying or selling a home.

I’ve been the trusted guide for my own mother, my college mentor, and close friends as they achieved their real estate goals. I’ve supported four of my cousins through the entire journey—educating them on credit, helping them prepare to qualify, and standing by them from the first conversation to the closing table.
