I cannot express how completely attentive Marsha was during the search and purchase of my daughters first home. She was professional, caring, and helpful with the process. We had trouble with things getting held up and she stayed on the situation like a blood hound! She persisted and fought for us to get the house finished so we could close and my daughter could get moved into her first home. I've dealt with many Realtors over the years when buying and selling homes or investment properties. I can honestly say none have surpassed the expertise, professionalism and knowledge of Marsha Clark. I was looking for a home in Bardstown, KY, but living in northern Minnesota. Marsha truly listened to what type of home I was looking for and how much I could afford to spend. She encouraged me to call her at any time, and kept in frequent contact throughout my purchase and then followed up even six weeks later to ensure that everything was going well with my home purchase. When I needed additional information, she always came through promptly and always surpassed what I'd requested with additional helpful information. When the home inspection revealed some needed repairs, Marsha arranged for people to make the necessary repairs with excellent tradesmen and ensured that the seller paid for said repairs.
