Marsha Madl

Madl Real Estate is the husband-wife team of Tom and Marsha Madl. Tom is a lifelong resident of Topeka, and has been a realtor for over 28 years. Tom and Marsha were married in 1982 and raised their family in Topeka. Their children attended Topeka Public Schools and Washburn University.

Marsha obtained her real estate license in 2014. After 14 years as an Administrative Specialist in Strategic Analysis and Reporting at Washburn University, she joined Tom at Berkshire Hathaway First, REALTORS®.

Tom has received numerous service awards for representing buyers and sellers, and is a recipient of the prestigious Andy Anderson and Master’s Club awards from Sunflower Association of Realtors.
