Marsha was excellent from the first moment we met. She was professional, friendly and always answered our questions, no matter how complicated they were. But Marsha was more than just a realtor. She was a constant support, always there for us. She made sure we were always up to date, took care of all the paperwork, and negotiated the deal for us. I am a home loan officer and I worked with Marsha on a purchase on Camano Island. Marsha took such great care of our mutual client who was overwhelmed with the process as he last bought a home 25 years ago and also didn't trust technology. Marsha not only helped him along with the process, but consistently gave him peace of mind with face to face meetings, scheduled and impromptu phone calls, all while keeping a line of communication open between our client and the third parties that come with the purchase of a home. She has continued to follow up with both myself and our client since the purchase has completed. This was a great working relationship.
