Hi, I’m Marshall Wood—a Realtor with Howard Hanna since March 2021, and someone who believes real estate works best when communication is clear, honest, and constant. My clients know me for one thing above all: you’ll never be left wondering what’s going on.
Whether it’s a quick text at 9 PM or walking you through a tricky contract line by line, I make sure you always know where you stand and what’s next. That reliability comes from life outside real estate too. I’m a dad to four amazing kids, some with special needs, which has taught me patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to any situation. Years ago, I was the frontman of a thrash metal band that opened for national acts—so handling high energy and big stages isn’t new to me. These days, I trade the stage for the golf course when I need to recharge.
I’m not the Realtor in a stiff suit and polished pitch. I show up as myself—straightforward, approachable, and dedicated. Since 2021, I’ve helped clients buy their very first homes, sell properties with decades of history, and navigate some of the toughest market conditions in years.
