Marta Nazario

Marta has worked in the real estate industry since 2005. As an experienced Realtor, Marta is passionate about negotiating on behalf of her clients to ensure their desired outcome. She enjoys establishing relationships, locating the precise homes for buyers, and connecting buyers and sellers. In addition to being an agent, Marta shares her love of real estate by giving free first time home buyers seminars to future home owners through the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA).
Marta joined the military after graduating from college. Marta and her family have lived in the Washington DC Metropolitan area for over 30 years. Her daughter attended the local schools in Fairfax County and graduated from the University of Michigan. Marta stays active in the local schools and is a Virginia High School Gymnastics Judge. Her ties to the community make her intimately familiar with all aspects of NOVA living, from the school systems to traffic patterns (commuting times), and everything in between.
While Marta is dedicated to real estate, she also enjoys the outdoors, good food, and watching sports.
Marta is Broker Price Opinion (BPO), Military Relocation Program (MRP) and Accredited Buyer Specialist (ABR) certified.
Marta is a member of the American Legion Post 177 in Fairfax, Virginia.
