Marteina is very knowledgeable in Maryland county properties of the National Capitol region, in my case Howard County. She helped me sell my home in the desirable neighborhood of Maple Lawn with her knowledge of market trends, counsel on staging and marketed the home targeting buyers looking for the perfect blend of work, live, play amenities and convenience of the WDC/Baltimore corridor.
