MARTHA DICKERSON

Martha Dickerson is a seasoned professional in the real estate business, with over 30 years of experience serving residents throughout the First Coast. Through her endeavors as a broker, sales manager and Relocation Director with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty, she has made countless valuable contacts throughout the United States. This extensive background has allowed Martha to hone expertise in numerous areas of real estate including residential, relocation, investment real estate, property management, and military relocation. As a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Jacksonville University with focus on Literature, Mathematics, and Education, she served in the JU administration as Assistant Registrar prior to real estate. She progressed through general real estate sales, to site agent sales, and sales management before owning and running her own real estate company for nearly 10 years. During that time, she served the local board of Realtors, moving up through various groups, boards, and officer positions. Martha is a passionate and dedicated resident of Jacksonville, FL and has served on several committees that are committed to improving the area, including the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. Combined with her experience as a Relocation Director, this experience in the Jacksonville area makes Martha an especially knowledgeable and connected asset to any buyer or seller. Martha is skilled in ascertaining buyer needs and matching those needs with solutions. As Martha evolves and moves forward in her career, she has refocused on selling government and institutional foreclosures.
