Tell us about a memorable client:
“I worked for a seller whose father had passed away, leaving her with 9 parcels of property that needed to be sold together and in as-is condition. There were multiple homes, some unlivable and a town-run landfill that were all part of this listing. I assisted the seller with cleaning the property and homes, contacted the DEC regarding the landfill, submitted a FOIL request for the water test results, spoke to the town superintendent, building inspector, past landowners and gathered a complete history of the landfill and properties.”
