About Martha

I was born in Colombia and raised in NYC and Florida. I had the opportunity to buy my first condo in 2003 and that is why I decided to take on real estate as a career. I love all things real estate; from the aesthetics, the floor plans, the unique architecture, decor styles, the locations, and the different personalities I meet from all walks of life. All those key features make my job fun, exciting, and something I look forward to. In my role I combine my experience in negotiating contracts, rental services, property management, commercial sales, international sales, and interior decorating skills. One of my favorite moments in my job is when I see a client's (s) face light up when the home is a match ( the "Awww" moment)! I will add my second favorite moment is when I can call to say, "you got the home!!" My husband and our family enjoy the variety of living in Orange County, NY You can go from enjoying the lovely green views and country living to the city life and its hot vibe. Family values are a strong core to our life it's promoted in the business.
