A lifelong Chicago resident who grew up on the north side in Sauganash, Martha hails from a family deeply involved in banking, real estate sales, and licensed appraisals. Becoming a real estate professional was a natural fit for her, complemented by her marketing degree from Loyola University. Specializing in residential real estate, Martha focuses on single-family, condominium, and multi-unit properties, with notable success in selling developments, including being the lead broker for the sale of 110 units at The Skybridge Condominium Building in Chicago. While Martha has assisted clients throughout Chicago and parts of Indiana, her primary business areas include Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Ravenswood, Lincoln Square, Bucktown, Ukrainian Village, East Village, Chicago Loop, and West Loop neighborhoods. Her pride lies in her extensive knowledge of Chicago's neighborhoods and their unique histories.
