Martha Kuenhold

Martha has been a licensed real estate agent since 1989. She has a strong and varied real estate background that includes working in new home sales and land development for a national homebuilder in Tucson, Arizona. Martha also has more than eight years’ experience in acquisition and entitlement for a wireless carrier in both Arizona and California. Martha and her family have been owners at Coronado Shores since 1997, and she permanently relocated to Coronado in 2001. Her firsthand knowledge of individual buildings, floor plans and common area amenities is an enormous benefit for both owners and prospective buyers. Martha joined the Coronado Shores Company in the fall of 2002. During this time, she has represented numerous buyers and sellers. She has proven to be a consistent, professional, and successful member of the sales team and is committed to providing only quality service to all our clients.
