My name is Martha Legoas. I’m a real estate agent in the Tampa Bay Area who has lived in Pinellas County since 1977. The Tampa Bay Area has been the home and a place for me and my husband where we raised our 3 wonderful children. The love and enthusiasm I have for the local lifestyle is immediately apparent because of the 40 plus years living in the area. This knowledge and experience enable me to provide my clients with local expertise, history and information to make their key decisions in selecting a home.
I’m fluent in both English and Spanish and feel very comfortable working with people from different cultures and all walks of life.
