We started working with Martha a few years ago when we knew we wanted to move. The house we were selling was in a challenging location and we were worried it would be difficult to sell. We we very nervous and eventually found a home to buy that we knew was the right fit for our family. Martha steered us through the buying process with transparency and patience. Once it was time to list our home, that was truly were the magic happened. She helped us get our home poised for photos and showings and brought it to life. We ultimately got the offer we wanted and with a smooth process. I highly recommend Martha to anyone buying or selling. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
