Marti Lemaire Tomlin

Marti LeMaire Tomlin was raised in Lake Arthur, Louisiana with 2 older siblings. Never in a million years did she think she would end up living in the beautiful city of Savannah, GA, and gravitated into the real estate industry. Never did she think she would become a Real Estate
Agent, but we can’t always predict where or when we’ll discover what we’re meant to do in life.

After moving to Savannah in 1998, Marti worked her way from retail management to property manager, overseeing numerous homes in Hilton Head and Savannah. She never wavered in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move.

Marti got into the real estate industry 16 years ago after one of her property management tenants told her she should become a Real Estate agent because of her winning personality and outstanding customer care skills. The compliment resonated with her and she knew that real estate was what she wanted to do. Marti was taught at a young age that if one wanted something in life, one must work for it. And she worked hard.

As her career advanced, Marti found her stride as a listing agent and marketing clients’ homes for sale. With her expanding knowledge of the Savannah area, she enhanced her career by becoming a buyer's agent. Devoting herself to people is one of her prime areas of expertise in the real estate world.

Marti lives in Savannah with her handsome husband, two exceptional children, and one dog (maybe just the breed name?). In her free time, she enjoys tennis and running, and spending time with her family. Her primary aim is to provide the highest level of service and she feels honored to assist clients achieve their real estate goals.
