Martin Cappa

Martin has been a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for the past 8 years, and just recently became an Associate Broker. He began his real estate career specializing in renting apartments and leasing commercial properties in Manhattan. This provided Martin with a well-balanced understanding of the business. Martin has received training from some of the industry's best trainers and keeps abreast of new technology on a regular basis. He has worked with several large franchise companies, where he gained a vast knowledge of the real estate market, and, therefore, providing both sellers and buyers with complete knowledge of each transaction. Martin is the recipient of several prestigious awards, one of which is his induction into the Executive Club. He is in good standing with the National Board of Realtors, as well as the Brooklyn Board of Realtors and the Brooklyn Multiple Listing Service (BNYMLS).
