About Martin

Martin Cordova has been in the residential home business since 1984. He first received his real estate license in March of 1984 and worked for Nagy and Associates and then The Vaughan Company Realtors. After taking a year off from real estate, he entered into the mortgage business in April of 1987. He was with BancPlus Mortgage, Network Mortgage, WestSun Mortgage, and New Mexico Mortgage.

In January of 1993, Martin was part of the founding group for Competitive Financial Services and then, in March of 1994, he opened up his own mortgage broker company, The Mortgage Connection. They were in operation until February of 2010. In the meantime, he decided to start up my real estate business once again. In February of 2007, he received his real estate license once again. He teamed up with Jimmy Montoya at One Accord Real Estate. They were under EXP Realty form February of 2017 until March of 2020 and now are with Simply Real Estate.
