We couldn't have asked more from Martin. We started with a fairly specific idea of what we wanted. After communicating this, Martin came back with what he thought would be our new house right at the top of the list. It was exactly what we were looking for and we've been loving it for almost a year now. Even then, he didn't just try to finish it so he could be done with us. He had a full list that he took us to see so we could be absolutely sure. When you're spending so much time driving around with someone, it helps that they aren't completely silent and Martin killed the driving time discussing what we were looking for so he could be sure of our preferences. It was clear that he was committed to getting us exactly what we wanted and was involved and communicative throughout the whole process. This is great when buying from 700 miles away. If we ever had the opportunity, we would definitely work with Martin again.

I would highly recommend Martin for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I moved to Franklin from out of state. Martin continually sent me information about houses that matched my criteria before I came to look. He was always willing to preview homes for me. When I arrived here to seriously look and buy a house Martin spent days driving me around showing me homes and acquainting me with the area. He was very knowledgeable about the Franklin/Nashville market. He worked very hard to get me the best price possible for the house that I bought. Martin was friendly, courteous and always had time for me no matter what my crazy request might be. He is the best!

Martin was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire home buying process. He continued to propose properties daily, no no matter however many hundred of them I shot down until we found the perfect one. Once we found the one, we made the offer and beat multiple other offers thanks to his expertise. Throughout the next month, he and Mary were indispensable in managing the whole closing process from the offer acceptance, until I got keys to my new home. They were both readily available to answer endless amounts of my first time home buyer questions, even outside of business hours.

Martin was always on time and very prepared. He provided us with loads of background data on the homes we were looking at as well as the neighborhoods. He was very proactive and would not hesitate in contacting anyone that would facilitate our decision making process. In our case he repeatedly contacted the HOA to clarify some rules that caused us some concerns. Martin also hooked us up with some great financing options which made the whole process a breeze. There is not a single thing I can think of that Martin could have done to improve the experience for us. Great job.

We met Martin totally by accident, going by a house to view to mark it off our list. After touring the house my wife said we have to have this one. We talked with Martin, set up further meetings, and worked with him on additional walk-throughs and offers. All went exceptionally smooth and we got a great deal. He even put us on to his partner who represented us to sell our house and it sold in less than a month. Awesome experience. We'll use him again should we need to, which looks like it will happen in the next month or so with a job change.

Martin helped us sell one of our homes in 2016 and the experience was so top notch that we trusted him to sell our primary home this month, as well as lead us in buying our dream home. Martin goes above and beyond to deliver a seamless transition and incorporates a keen eye for style and what his clients are looking for, notices any issues during home tours and contracts that we would never have noticed on our own, and keeps everything on track. There were times during home buying that we were ready to put in an offer and Martin noticed things that we hadn't: for example, a train track was right behind the home but hidden by a pretty fence and row of trees. He's definitely our go-to.

All I can tell you is this man has the patience of a saint!!!? it took me eight months to sell my house, and put three different offers on houses that Ultimately I decided I didn't want.... Or was not a match for me. Martin kept smiling and driving through the process hanging in there Would be an understatement. I will go as far to say when I finally did find the house that I was in love with and emailed him at 10:30 pm explaining that one came on the market... he was sitting by the computer and put in an offer the next morning before someone else could.... Most Real estate agents would went to bed and w decided that they would deal with it to next morning but Martin stayed up most of the night.... and we got the house!!!! As well he jumped In his car every time my son and wanted to look at a house... We grew very fond of the ( Realty Trust Group) Over the eight-month period it took, and feel as if we walked away with friends rather than somebody just wanting to sell us a house...
