Working with Martin was definitely the best home buying experience I've had. He really puts you at ease and is informative throughout the process. His knowledge of the housing market is substantial. He made my significant other feel really comfortable and all of our questions were quickly answered. If anyone is looking to buy or sell a home, Martin is the person to work with.

Martin sold two properties simultaneously for me. He is very knowledgeable, highly professional, and a pleasure to work with. Everything from strategy, staging, and listing to processing and closing was handled with a high level of skill and professionalism.

One of the lenders had an extreme issue processing the sale. Martin stayed on top of everything and even bent over backwards to ensure the buyer stayed in the game. We ended up closing 90 days late due to lender, but all things considered the experience was very smooth.

Highly recommend Mr. Tippet for all of your real estate needs!
