Martin West was recommened to us by a client here in Millsboro and they said he was good. They were wrong he is fantastic. We told Marting what we wanted in the Millsboro area and constructed a list of homes. We came from RI to view what he had chosen for us after looking at the homes on the internet many times. We knew that Martin was smart by the way he spoke and his vocabulary. Being a great sales person he chose the best house first and the rest were nothing. Martin put a lot of time working with us to get exactlly what we wanted, hoever the deal fell though, because of the sellers. Marting started all over again with the same enthusiasm and got us the house we are in today. He overcame many obsticals with the inspections and the loan company but handled it in he usual professional manor. I would highly recommend Martin West to anyone. It was such a pleasure working with Martin West from the beginning of our search through the closing. He is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and quick to return our phone calls, emails and texts. We were able to rely on Martin for everything, and had to, because we were a few hours away and could not always get there to see the properties for ourselves. Martin went above and beyond to keep us informed when new properties were available in our areas of interest, and went so far as to take and send us video of those homes we could not see in person! I've never known anyone else to offer to do that, let alone actually do it. Yet he anticipated our needs and made all the necessary information available. When we were ready, Martin handled all aspects of closing, making it a smooth and stress-free experience, patiently explaining anything we weren't clear on. On the rare occasion that he didn't have an answer for our many questions, he got back to us quickly. We didn't know Martin at all before I emailed him about a listing I found on zillow. He scheduled a showing for us for the very next day, and we loved the house. It had only been on the market for 3 days, so we wanted to move quickly before somebody else snagged it. The following day, we made an offer and got the house of our dreams! The negotiation process was longer than we expected, but Martin was super helpful and 100% responsive every step of the way. Martin West is a real estate professional who in 2012 helped my wife and I look for our new home. He took our interest to heart and was able to narrow the search to groups of homes that met our criteria. Martin is familiar with the local area and this is very helpful, especially in an area such as Rehoboth Beach. Martin has a financial specialist that he can contact to help with the financing of your purchase. This person, like Martin, is responsive and has all the necessary experience to process a loan application quickly and effectively. He was more than willing to come to our apartment to pick us up and show us the houses we wanted to see. It was easy to work with Martin. He could meet with you at his office or conduct the same business via the internet so that you wouldn’t have to leave your home or office. Overall both my wife and I were very glad to meet and do business with this agent.

We met Martin back in November or December of last year when we were shopping around online for homes to purchase in the Lewes Delaware area. Let's just say Martin has the patience of a saint. We looked at more homes than I care to mention and Martin always greeted with a smile and was very willing to share his expertise with us when we had questions about particular houses, the area in general, or any other real estate questions. He is very competent and tries to anticipate next steps so everything runs smoothly. I first met Martin when my dad decided to move to Delaware. Martin had a week to find a home for my dad and he didn’t disappoint. We looked at six houses and put an offer in the same day. Since this was going to be an out of town purchase ,I relied 100% for guidance and he made himself available whether it was 8 am in the morning of 11pm at night. Martin West became our realtor when another agency we were working with sent us to him for his expertise with the type of property we were thinking of purchasing. From the first appointment with him he was always on time. We found the place we ended up buying on the first day with Martin. He advised us of the property values in the area and convinced us that the place we wanted was a really great deal. And he was right. He kept us informed of all his interactions with the sellers and their agent. He was constantly in touch, but not to the point of being a bother. On the day of settlement he let us know about a problem that could have negatively impacted the sale. He arranged to have an escrow account included in the contract to cover the expenses that could have been incurred. We found Martin to be thoroughly knowledgeable regarding all aspects of showing properties and throughout the settlement process. Martin sold use a home in Rehoboth Bay community of Rehoboth Beach, DE. He had a good sense of the community, told us about various fees - there were none - required by the development. As we looked around, he was responsive to our time needs, called us at our hime in PA as needed, made sure we we apprised about the schedules. We had to reschedule the closing - he took care of contacting the owners to secure the delay. That kind of attention to detail made our experience a good one. In addition to being knowledgeable about the homes in the area, he also knew several contractors who could do the work we felt was needed. He is a friendly, courteous and reliable individual. He was very knowledgeable about the communities in Rehoboth and the surrounding areas. He tapped into what we were looking for and presented us with many options.
