Marty brings an understanding of information, markets, trends, and C-level professionalism to
every seller and buyer interaction. The energy, excitement and business savvy that has served
him in his remarkable career is now focused on every single real estate transaction. Buyers and

A Massachusetts native, Marty graduated from Villanova University and began his work career
in London with a large multi-national data provider. In addition to learning about “big data”
before the term ever existed, he played professional basketball for London’s top rated Crystal
Palace Chevrons. His work career took him to assignments in Germany and Holland before
returning to the US. He progressed through the management ranks gaining responsibility
eventually becoming the President and CEO of a healthcare data concern.
After a relocation to the Bay area, Marty leveraged his extensive data analytics expertise and
connected with a start-up in the real estate space. He established their business in Northern
California exposing their innovative service to hundreds of agents from Carmel to Oregon.
He joined eXp in 2017 and quickly established himself as a strong buyer's advocate. Many of Marty's clients were first time home buyers relying on Marty's knowledge to navigate the complicated sales process. He also worked with the San Francisco Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development with buyers of Below Market Rate housing.
In 2020 Marty returned to the Greater Philadelphia area building on his successful Real Estate career, working with residential and investor clients in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.
He continues to be involved with the Villanova community. He has endowed the Jake Nevin
Memorial scholarship which provides tuition and continuing education support for the athletic
training staff, and remains an active participant in University alumni activities.
