Marty Dermangian

Marty Dermangian has been operating and growing the rental business at Michael Saunders & Company’s IMG Academy office in Bradenton since May 2023. He previously leased and managed at apartment complexes in Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch for 13 years, where he learned the importance of a positive outlook – “a good day must start with having a smile on your face.”

Marty brings integrity, resourcefulness and strong critical thinking skills to his new role helping IMG Academy students, families and employees find a home. His goal is to provide a successful experience to his customers by always treating them the way he would like to be treated and striving to ensure that both parties in a transaction “feel like they got a good deal at the end.”

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Marty grew up in Charlotte, NC, and then moved to Florida, where he attended the University of South Florida and earned a bachelor’s degree in business management. In early 2023, he moved to Heritage Harbour in East Manatee County, an area he loves because of its accessibility to everything. When not working, Marty takes full advantage of Florida’s fantastic year-round weather. His favorite outdoor activity is playing disc golf at G.T. Bray Park in West Bradenton. He also enjoys playing golf, running and spending time with his girlfriend of almost 10 years, Merissa, and their Golden Retriever, Dakota.
