About Marty

As a Colorado native and a founding broker for Christie’s International Real Estate - Summit, Marty Frank brings a wealth of education, experience, and leadership to his office and clients. Marty earned his Bachelor’s degree in Art History with an emphasis on graphic design. Then continued with post-graduate work in Architectural History and Architectural Photography, earning a Professional Master’s degree in Architecture. But, before graduate school, Marty took the time to explore.

He moved to Alaska for a summer, living out of a tent and working the docks at Kodiak Island. Then he packed up and moved to The Marina District in San Francisco to work at Fisherman’s Wharf. After California, Marty took a month-long solo motorcycle trip through Mexico to have one last little adventure before he hit the books again. While finishing his graduate work, Marty and his wife settled into a Colorado house, eager to make it their first Colorado home together. He and his wife have lived in both Summit and Eagle County for the past 22 years, with their two adventurous and growing sons, and have cherished every moment of it.

Marty is more than able to work hard and play hard in all aspects of his life and wants nothing less for his clients. He believes that second best is simply unacceptable and has proven this by being one of the top producers in Summit County over the past 18 years. Marty has been a progressive leader in the real estate community, working closely with project developments such as the Waters at Silver Trout, Dercums Dash, Fish Hawk Landing, One Ski Hill Place, and Water House, as well as neighborhood developments in Summit County and Blue River.

With 18 years of local knowledge and experience, Marty is able to share with his clients a contemporary and accurate perspective of the Summit and Park County real estate market and lifestyle. Marty possesses the tools necessary for quality marketing, selling, and buying of properties throughout Summit County. Working closely with you, Marty will devise and execute a plan, to market and sell your property or help buy your Colorado home.
