We are officially "1st Home Buyers" thanks to Marty Griffith's resources which were instrumental along with his market knowledge and negotiations.
I particularly found his 'Real Scout' Real Estate Interface critically helpful and intuitive to browse properties in our preferred neighborhood search.
The app simplified my multiple searches and I was able to see results in a streamline form.
From there we were able to make appointments and view homes with ease. His associates were also very helpful and accommodating to our schedules.
We are incredibly grateful for the process and the closing of our first home.
We love it.

Marty was a pleasure to work with throughout our home purchase journey. My husband and I are first time home buyers in Oakland, and Marty really helped us through the process. He’s a straight shooter, will give his honest opinion, and works very hard for his clients.

Initially we started looking for a home in Fall of 2021 and Marty went with the flow as our expectations and goals changed. He was great about showing us properties that he thought fit our needs, home that may be a prime target for a sweetheart deal, and trying to find homes in our budget (a tough thing in the Bay Area!).

Ultimately, he facilitated our home purchase from our landlord. He was an excellent advocate for us throughout the process. He has an excellent network of contractors to work with during the purchase. Moreover, he was able to help us manage getting the sale to the finish line although we were out of town for a significant amount of the process.

If you’re looking for an attentive, honest, and creative realtor, you can’t do better than Marty!

I bought my first property with Marty in 10/18 and I was elated. I had previously been searching for a property for over 10 years with no success, with Cali prices rising relators had very little hope for me and they seemed to only have success with the high rollers but not Marty! We found a duplex, he put in an offer then boom! I became a property owner and landlord all at once with our first try. I'm in the process of getting my second property with him and I highly recommend him to friends because no one else has been able to get the job done like him!! Give him a try, you won't be disappointed.
