These days real estate transactions are burdened by a host of documents to be reviewed and signed. Representations by the Seller, representations by the Buyer, disclaimers by the Escrow company, by your broker’s real estate company and by every other entity associated with the transaction. If you haven’t been part of a transaction for a while, you may be surprised to learn about all the new laws and regulations (and fees) that apply. Real estate transactions can be both overwhelming and stressful. The right real estate Agent can greatly reduce your stress levels.

Marty took the time to learn just what we were looking for and why. Marty patiently showed us many properties to see our reaction and better understand our desires.
Marty extensively researched the market to be sure that we were aware of all the options available to us, as to both price and features.
When Marty showed us properties, he made relevant and helpful comments as well as suggestions for changes that might make that property more suitable for us.
