Marty grew up in Omaha and studied at Creighton Prep and Creighton University. Real estate is in his blood. His parents owned a title insurance company. His father was always involved in the growth of Omaha and built several successful in-fill home developments that are still in demand today. After an extended period as a missionary and teacher Marty decided to build on his roots. He started in real estate in Washington DC where he learned critical skills in dealing with the many diverse situations that arose during and after the Recession. He sold luxury homes and condominiums--new construction and resales of all price points, foreclosures, and short sales. He earned licenses in Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland and recognized as a top producer regularly. Although he was doing well in the DC area, in 2012 he expanded his business to Omaha in order to contribute. He was drawn back to Omaha so that he could contribute to the exciting new growth here and be closer to his family. After a short stint with another real estate company in Omaha Marty discovered Keller Williams, a totally different, growth-filled company that helped him create, as he said, "The most balanced and successful business experience I have ever had--being able to help 50 couples, families and individuals-- double the number of people I had typically been able to help due to the KW tools, systems and models. My clients have been happy. And I am able to have a business worth owning--and a life worth living."
